A great group of trail runners for Saturday morning trail run at Gibbons.
Some of the group had already completed a 11km out and back on the trail earlier to get their long run in, plus some newbies to trail running.
I always look forward to new runners coming out, so I can tell tale tails of how good of a trail runner I used to be.
Our motto doesn't scare them off either.

Just show up a few minutes early so we can introduce you to the group, and please carry water because even though we are a friendly group we do not like to share.
